The Refugio is a Patagonia staple. There's a reason why many users continue to use it for years, and I believe it's because it's genuinely designed as a "usable bag." While it doesn't boast flashy features, its exquisite 26L capacity is just right for both day rides and urban use.

All materials are recycled polyester. The DWR (durable water repellent) treatment has also been switched to a PFAS-free specification, an update typical of Patagonia. It repels sudden rain without any problem.

The laptop sleeve accommodates up to 15-inch laptops. It also supports hydration packs, so you can easily choose it as a companion for gravel rides. The clip for a bike light at the bottom is also a subtle but welcome feature.
