- Charges finalized each month are closed out at month-end, and an invoice is issued on the 1st of the following month, with notice sent by email and SMS by the 5th.
- Payment methods are convenience-store payment (via in-store terminal), bank transfer, or direct debit.
- The payment due date is the 27th for convenience-store payment and bank transfer. For direct debit, the amount is withdrawn on the 27th.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee applies to each monthly payment. For convenience-store payment, up to ¥390 (tax included); for bank transfer, the customer bears the transfer fee. There is no fee for direct debit.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please note that, depending on the timing of your payment, we may not be able to meet it — so we appreciate an early payment.
Please transfer payment to our designated account within 7 days of your order date.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be treated as cancelled.
In that case, please place your order again.

●About returns and exchangesWhen returning an item, please send it back in the same packaging it arrived in.
If the bag, product tags, instructions, packaging, or accessories are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded, we may be unable to accept the return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
For apparel in particular, if there are clear signs of wear beyond simple try-on (for example, the smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or laundry detergent), we may be unable to accept the return or exchange and will send the item back to you by cash-on-delivery.
To ensure safe delivery, our shop ships via a courier partnership with Yamato Transport. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent via mail-slot or non-standard mail.
(If an item is returned via mail-slot or non-standard mail, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product.)
Items with the product tag removed from the item itself will be considered worn and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Even in cases of a reported defect, if our inspection of the returned item determines it to be in good condition, we will treat the return as a customer-initiated return, as described below.
●1. Returns requested for customer reasons, such as the item not matching expectations or being the wrong size
If you contact us within 7 days of delivery requesting a return, we will accept it, but in this case the shipping cost and any fees related to the refund (cash-on-delivery fee, convenience-store payment fee, bank transfer fee) will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the refund amount will cover the product price only; the shipping fee paid on the original delivery is not refundable.
*Even for items that qualified for free shipping on orders of ¥11,000 or more, the shipping cost we originally covered will be deducted from your refund.
Also, if returning part of a multi-item order brings the order total below ¥11,000 (tax included), the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund accordingly.
[Return Procedure]
●Contact us by email or phone.
*Please provide your order number, name, the item being returned, the reason for the return, and — if you did not pay by credit card — your bank account details for the refund.
*Please note that emails received after 4pm on weekdays, or on non-business days, will be handled on the next business day.
●Please send the item back to us.
*The shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. There is no designated courier; please use whichever shipping method is convenient for you.
*Please return the item in the same condition it arrived in (with tags attached, in its box, in its bag).
●Once we receive the returned item
●We will process your refund.
*If you did not pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your designated bank account.
*If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the charge.
Depending on the billing cycle, the original charge may still go through and the refund may be applied the following month. Thank you for your understanding.
●2. Exchanges requested for customer reasons, such as apparel not matching expectations or being the wrong size
Because stock levels are constantly changing, even for exchange requests we ask you to first go through the return process, and then place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
*We apologize if the item you want has sold out. In that case we will process a refund instead.
[Exchange Procedure]
●Please follow the same steps as in "1. Returns requested for customer reasons" above to send the item back.
●Then place a new order for the item you want.
●3. If the item is defective, the wrong item was shipped, damaged in transit, or otherwise different from what you ordered (our responsibility)
If a defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, was delivered due to an error on our part
If the item you receive is defective, or if we mistakenly shipped the wrong item, we will exchange it for the same item (same color). Please note this. (For apparel, same color/same size.)
Please be assured that in this case, we will cover the full cost of shipping for the exchange.
Even if we're able to prepare an exchange item, if you prefer a refund instead of an exchange,
please note that the refund will be issued after deducting any transfer fees (credit card processing fees, or other actual transfer costs). The exchange procedure is as follows.

●We will ship you the replacement item, including a prepaid return bag for sending back the original.
*For boxed items, please use the box the item arrived in for the return.
●Once the replacement item arrives at your home, take the return bag out, place the item to be returned inside, and hand it to the delivery driver.
*For boxed items, please attach the enclosed shipping label to the box the item arrived in, place the item inside, and hand it to the delivery driver.
A prepaid, address-completed cash-on-delivery label is included, so you won't be charged for return shipping. Please be assured of that.
*If the replacement item has sold out, we will issue a refund instead.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the same return steps as "1. Returns requested for customer reasons" above.
(We will cover the return shipping cost, the cost of the original outbound shipping, and any transfer fees related to the return, so please send it back cash-on-delivery.)
Please note that if any of the situations described under "Cases where returns/exchanges cannot be accepted" or "Product condition we do not consider defective" below apply, we will be unable to accept a return or exchange in either case above, regardless of whether the reason was on your side or ours.

For any of the following, we cannot accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason:
Items where more than 8 days have passed since delivery
Items returned to us without prior contact
Items soiled or damaged by the customer
Items where the product tag, instructions, or accessories have been soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
Items soiled through try-on or use
Items with clear signs of extended wear (including the smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or laundry detergent)
Items that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery
Sale items
Cases where multiple sizes or colors were purchased with the apparent intent of returning some of them
■Product condition we do not consider defective■
If any of the following apply, we cannot treat a returned item as "a return due to a fault on our part" even after receiving it. After we inspect the item, we may either ship it back to you cash-on-delivery, or handle it as a customer-initiated return, as described above. Thank you for your understanding.
Apparel arrives sealed from the manufacturer and is re-packaged immediately after inspection, so it may sometimes have a stronger smell on arrival than what you'd notice on an in-store item.
This smell is generally no longer noticeable after washing, a few wears, or airing in the shade, so we consider such items to be in good condition.
Minor fraying that does not spread, blending with other fibers, or loose thread ends that can occur during manufacturing may sometimes be present, but these do not indicate a quality problem and are considered within the range of a good-condition item.
Even for the same product, shape or size may vary slightly by production lot. If the difference is significant, we will note this at the time of sale; minor differences not requiring such notice are considered within the range of a good-condition item, so thank you for your understanding.
We try to make product photos as close to the actual item as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device.
Also, due to how fabric is cut, the pattern placement may differ slightly from the reference photo — such items are also considered to be in good condition.
