Industry Nine's SOLiX hubs are manufactured in Asheville, North Carolina, USA.

These hubs are highly durable and long-lasting, and offer excellent customization options, including a unique "zzzz!" ratchet sound and a lineup of 11 colors.

The NEW SOLiX series is designed for road and gravel bikes.

The construction of these hubs has been completely redesigned from previous Industry Nine hubs, resulting in a finish that is not only visually stunning but also incredibly exciting.

Feature ① Flange structure

The flange is the part around the spoke holes. We were astonished by the meticulous craftsmanship, where only essential parts were retained for thorough weight reduction, and all unnecessary parts were shaved off.

A key point to note is that SOLiX hubs are available in 28-hole and 24-hole configurations. The standard 32-hole configuration for touring and MTBs is not available; only lighter options with fewer spokes are offered.

Feature ② Very high number of engagement points (notches).

The number of engagement points (notches) refers to how many times the hub clicks as the wheel completes one rotation. It's that "clickety-clack" sound you hear from the rear wheel when you stop pedaling while riding your bike.

While typical hubs have around 20 to 30 engagement points, SOLiX hubs boast 605 engagement points.

A high number of engagement points allows for immediate power transfer when you start pedaling, ensuring efficient power delivery. This is particularly beneficial when climbing hills, riding off-road, or whenever you start pedaling.

Feature ③ Rich color lineup.

Industry Nine hubs are available in 11 color options.

They are easy to match with other brands and can be customized to complement the color of your frame or other components.

Feature ④ Numerous options available.

You can modify the hub specifications to match your current bicycle.

For example, you can convert a thru-axle hub to a QR specification, or choose a freebody compatible with Shimano, SRAM, or Campagnolo according to your cassette.
