Industry Nine's SOLiX hubs are manufactured in Asheville, North Carolina, USA.

They are highly durable and long-lasting, and offer excellent customization options, including a unique "zzzz" ratchet sound and a lineup of 11 colors.

SOLiX Series

Feature ① Flange structure

The flange is the area around the spoke holes. We were astounded by the craftsmanship that went into thoroughly shaving off unnecessary parts while retaining essential ones for ultimate weight reduction.

Another key point is that SOLiX hubs are available with 28 or 24 spokes. They do not offer the standard 32-spoke option common for touring and MTB, focusing solely on lighter, lower-spoke-count options.

Feature ② Very high number of engagement points (notches).

The number of engagement points refers to how many "clicks" the hub makes during one rotation of the wheel. It's that "clickety-clack" sound the rear wheel makes when you stop pedaling while riding your bike.

While typical hubs have around 20-30 engagement points, SOLiX hubs boast 605 engagement points.

A higher number of engagement points allows for immediate power transfer when you start pedaling, ensuring efficient power delivery. This is particularly beneficial when climbing hills, riding off-road, or starting from a standstill.

Feature ③ Rich color lineup.

Industry Nine hubs are available in 11 colors.

They are easy to match with other brands, allowing for easy customization to complement the colors of your frame and components.

Feature ④ Many optional choices.

You can change the hub specifications to match your current bicycle.

For example, you can change the hub from a thru-axle to a QR specification, or match the freebody to Shimano, SRAM, or Campagnolo depending on your sprocket.
