Surly's fixed gear cogs are machined from SCM415 chromoly and hardened for wear resistance.
They have also been redesigned to increase the contact surface with the hub body, thereby increasing the threaded area.
Threaded to ISO standard (1.375" x 24tpi), they are compatible with most hubs, including Surly's fixed gear hubs.
