Sig.Rando was born as Grumpy's original bike.

We wanted to create a bicycle that is convenient for daily commuting, a partner for everyday life, and easy to use for camping tours on holidays.

Sig.Rando began with the desire to be a bike that blends into daily life and can be used forever.

◆What is Sig.?

It's a shortened form of "Signature."

"Something that can be cherished for a long time, unaffected by trends."

As a bike shop, amidst the wide variety of products and services available, Sig. is a brand that simplifies and consolidates what is truly essential.

◆What is Rando?

The name Rando is derived from "Randonneur," a traditional touring bicycle.

Japan has unique roads different from those overseas.

For example, diverse road conditions are condensed here, such as steep mountainous areas, the cycling roads of Setouchi, and urban areas with many uneven paved roads.

Its uses are also diverse.

For example, commuting with changes of clothes and lunch, cycling to Shimanami Kaido or mountainous areas on weekends, or a two-day, one-night camping tour during long holidays – the ways it can be used are diverse.

The Randonneur style of bicycle is perfect for such a wide range of uses.

Rando is our modernized update of this long-loved style.
