The NeoPRIMATO is a frame created based on the knowledge Ugo gained and the techniques he cultivated during that era, and its very existence is Ugo's passione for bicycles. That is why DE ROSA respects this model and continues to build it as the cornerstone of steel frames. The concept of the NeoPRIMATO is, however, a pure racing frame. The NeoPRIMATO embodies the skilled techniques directly taught by Ugo, which completely eliminate residual stress during welding. Yet, thanks to its exquisite whip that flexes cleanly and returns smoothly, it moves lightly and smoothly, almost defying its actual weight.
