VOILE STRAPS were invented in the 1980s in Utah, USA, as ski straps.
They are made with a tough nylon buckle and a very durable stretch polyurethane band that resists UV degradation.
Their biggest feature is that they can be tightened with firm tension and will never loosen.
This is the RACK STRAP, which has hooks at both ends.
The hooks are designed to snap onto 10mm diameter tubes used in many racks such as "SURLY" and "TUBUS", making them a particularly good fit for NICE RACK and 8/24 PACK RACK.
They can also be used without any problems on racks with thinner tubes such as "NITTO" racks and "WALD" baskets.
