Peak Design Capture V3 Black

Four years after the release of Capture V2 in 2013, the long-awaited Capture V3 is finally here. Capture V3 is 30% lighter, 20% thinner, and 20% shorter than V2, while retaining all its functions.
There is no longer a "Pro" version; it comes in one type and two colors. The traditional plate lock has been eliminated, making it simpler.

Additionally, the camera plate (not included with clip-only) is now thinner. Most Peak Design camera plates can be attached (Dual Plate (PL-D-1) and Capture POV/POV Kit plates are not compatible). A long clamping bolt secured with an Allen wrench is also included, eliminating the need for a separate purchase.
Mountable width: 6.4 cm. The Pro Pad (PP-1) cannot be used; please use the new Pro Pad (PP-2).

The Capture product, which emerged from this, was a revolutionary solution by founder Peter Dering to the frustrations he experienced with outdoor photography. "When I wanted to take pictures while skiing, I had to stop, plant my poles in the ground, take off my backpack strap, put it down, and take out my camera. Then do the reverse... I couldn't do that every time. The moment I wanted to capture would quickly pass." From this experience, he conceived, designed, and created a product that allowed quick and easy access to a camera while also carrying it safely.
With funding from many people worldwide who shared the same frustrations, the product was successfully commercialized. Today, Capture has undergone several updates and is loved by outdoor photographers and people worldwide.
