Ere Research TENACI GRAVEL BAR COVER

The Tenaci Gravel Handlebar Cover is a newly designed bar cover that combines a grip and bar tape.

Cruising and high-cadence climbs often utilize the top part of the handlebars, requiring a bar tape that is thin, grippy, and soft to the touch.

However, during tough climbs and high-output rides, a rougher and even grippier handlebar grip is desired. This led to the creation of the new Tenaci bar cover concept.

It combines classic bar tape with a unique bar cover that slides over the handlebars from the ends to the shifters, providing grip and protecting the handlebars from side impacts.

The grooves in the Tenaci bar cover's "Terra" pattern evoke a dried-up riverbed.

These grooves remove mud and dirt that accumulate on the handlebars in bad weather.

This ensures perfect bike contact and grip in any adverse weather, preventing loss of control.

Attention was also paid to finger placement, adding "knuckleheads" for additional grip.

This prevents hands from slipping in rain or mud, allowing for firm control of the handlebars.

Ere Tenaci bar covers come with classic bar tape, based on Explorator bar tape.

The included handlebar tape uses smooth line wrapping and a single sheet.

Smooth line wrap creates a smooth finish.

This 35mm wide tape has an extended chamfered flange, creating a smooth overlap.

It has no unevenness and feels like a continuous smooth surface.

Laminar sheet handlebar tape is made from fused PU & EVA foam layers, feeling incredibly soft, especially when riding without gloves.

Ere Silicone

A silicone ring is included to ensure durability and a secure connection to the handlebars. The ring fits any type of handlebar and holds the bar tape firmly in place.
