The Duplex lever can pull two brake cables simultaneously with a single brake lever.

It was originally developed for bicycle polo players, allowing them to use both brakes while swinging a polo mallet.

The Duplex lever features an inline barrel adjuster that can be mounted at any point on the brake cable housing.

The Duplex perch is symmetrical, and by removing the pivot and reversing the lever arm, it can be used as either a left or right brake lever.

Additionally, with a double pivot, by setting the pivot pin in either the inner or outer pivot hole, it can accommodate both long-pull and short-pull brakes, similar to a cross lever.

When used with long-pull brakes such as side-pull brakes or V-brakes, set the pivot in the outermost hole.

When used with short-pull brakes such as cantilever or caliper brakes, set the pivot in the inner hole.
