The Capture, which emerged as their product, was a groundbreaking solution for founder Peter Dering's frustrations with outdoor photography. "When I wanted to take pictures while skiing, I had to stop, stick my poles in the ground, unfasten my backpack straps, take it off, and get my camera out. Then reverse the process after taking the shot... I couldn't do that every time. The moment I wanted to capture would pass quickly." From that experience, he conceived, designed, and created a product that allowed instant and easy access to the camera while ensuring its safe transport.
