VOILE STRAPS were invented in the 1980s in Utah, USA, as ski straps.
They are made of a tough nylon buckle and a very durable stretch polyurethane band that resists UV degradation.
Their biggest feature is that they can be tightened with firm tension and will never loosen.
These are RACK STRAPS, which have hooks at both ends.
The hooks are designed to snap onto 10mm diameter tubes used in many racks like "SURLY" and "TUBUS," making them a perfect fit for NICE RACK and 8/24 PACK RACK in particular.
They can also be used without problems on "NITTO" racks and "WALD" baskets, which use tubes with smaller diameters.
