[Nekopos-compatible] BLUE LUG handlebar pouch

This is a handlebar pouch from "BLUE LUG TANDEM," an another line that creates pop and fun products for both children and adults.

It's a great item that can be easily attached with the included Velcro straps.

It can be used on any type of handlebar, such as flat bars or drop bars. By changing the position of the Velcro, it should fit most bicycles.

Since there's no bottom plate or core, heavy items will cause it to lose its shape, but we intentionally adopted this "loose" feel because we thought it was just right.

If there's a loop, it can also be attached to the saddle. It's also good to remove the straps and use it as a small accessory case. It's a multi-use pouch.
