"OOFOS" was born as a pioneer in recovery footwear.
"OOFOS" is a recovery footwear brand developed over two and a half years by a veteran team of athletes, trainers, and product developers from major shoe manufacturers in Cohasset, Massachusetts, in 2011.
They realized that while there were many shoes on the market that put a lot of impact on the soles of the feet, there were no shoes designed to absorb impact and aid recovery. So they created OOFOS and became pioneers in recovery footwear.
