We designed the new TRLCap to be the ultimate trail cap. This model is truly the ultimate trail bucket hat. The TRL crown, used for both the cap and the bucket hat, is designed with height to intentionally enhance breathability.
The crown, designed to be higher than typical hats, promotes airflow and enhances cooling. A wide 360-degree brim provides excellent sun protection, while the meticulously fitted recycled FLEXweave woven fabric offers both UPF functionality and a sophisticated, modern look. The liner features a new design with an integrated headband, minimizing fabric use while providing structure, breathability, and odor control with lightweight COOLmatic | PLUS PROPHORmesh™.
The back panel uses ZIPmesh, which is breathable, resistant to deformation, and tear-resistant. An adjustable chin strap keeps the hat secure even on windy days.
Small and subtle, the reflective “One Hundred” logo shines brightly on the front center.
