BEDROCK SANDALS relocated from Oakland, California, to Missoula, Montana, a region with richer natural outdoor environments. However, the harsh winter cold there made it difficult to go through the year with only their existing sandals. Therefore, they needed footwear that offered comparable functionality to their other sandals while providing comfort in winter. This is how this pair was developed.

The Mountain Clog completely covers the front part of the foot, making it suitable for year-round use as the winter cold is no longer a concern. When worn with thick, warm socks, it offers excellent insulation. Furthermore, there's less worry about stubbing your toes or dropping objects and injuring your feet, allowing you to wear them safely and casually in various situations.
