Summer base layer that controls sweat during rides and prevents uncomfortable stickiness.

When riding a road bike at 30km/h, wind is said to be the biggest resistance, and about 75% of that wind is experienced by the rider themselves.

As the wind continuously hits the rider's body, "evaporative cooling" occurs when sweat (moisture) dries during the ride.
ASSOS believes that an inner layer is necessary to prevent this evaporative cooling.

The SKINLAYER P1 is made with a special knitting method, similar to socks, and features a seamless construction.
By minimizing seams, it reduces discomfort even when wearing a jersey or other garments over it, achieving a comfortable fit.

In the sleeveless model, the entire fabric has an uneven structure, with raised areas that absorb sweat from the skin and recessed areas that draw in air, making it less likely to stick to the skin even when sweating heavily.

The neckline has also been changed from a crew neck to a V-neck, reducing the feeling of constriction around the neck in a riding position.

While the fabric composition remains the same, it is 15% lighter.
