A summer baselayer that controls sweat during rides and prevents uncomfortable clinging.

When riding a road bike at 30km/h, wind is said to be the biggest resistance, and about 75% of that is said to be the wind the rider themselves receives.

Because the wind constantly hits the rider's body, "evaporative cooling" occurs when sweat (moisture) dries during the ride.
ASSOS believes that an inner layer is necessary to prevent this evaporative cooling.

The SKINLAYER P1 is created with a seamless construction using the same special knitting method as socks.
By minimizing seams, it reduces discomfort even when wearing a jersey or other layers on top, achieving a comfortable fit.

The sleeveless model features a textured fabric structure throughout, with raised areas that absorb sweat from the skin and recessed areas that draw in air, making it less likely to cling to the skin even when sweating heavily.

The neckline has been changed from a V-neck to an O-neck.

Although the fabric composition is the same, it has been made 15% lighter.
