GALFER is a specialized brake parts manufacturer founded in Barcelona, Spain in 1952. With over 70 years of history in developing brakes for automobiles and motorcycles, they began developing parts for mountain bikes in 1998. In 2012, they launched the Galfer Bike brand, establishing a specialized line of bicycle disc rotors and brake pads.

Developed and manufactured in their own factory in Granollers, near Barcelona, their products achieve high braking power and durability for everything from MTBs to road bikes, thanks to unique friction technology and heat dissipation design.
