We're starting a free paint campaign for the Cannondale Habit HT 2.

We're running a free paint campaign for the Cannondale Habit HT 2! Let's repaint it in your favorite color.

You can choose any color you like. Frame repainting and logo inclusion are free up to this point. If you want to include a design like a gradient, please consult us as it depends on the details.

First, let me introduce you to what kind of bike the Habit HT 2 is.

Ready for trail riding right out of the box

MTBs in this price range often have some parts skimped on. The fork might be commensurate with the price, or it might not have a dropper post. The Habit HT 2, however, has these covered.

  • 130mm travel air suspension fork (RockShox). Air suspension can be adjusted by air pressure to suit your weight and is lighter than coil type. Coil types are often found in this price range, so this is a significant advantage.
  • Hydraulic disc brakes. They stop firmly with light pressure. Rotors are 180mm front and rear.
  • Dropper seatpost comes standard. You can raise and lower the saddle with a lever on the handlebar, allowing you to lower the saddle on descents and ride aggressively.

A dropper post is a part that costs tens of thousands of yen to add later, so having it included from the start is a big plus. Pedals are also standard, so you can head straight to the trails the day you buy it.

The price is 176,000 yen (tax included). For this price with this equipment, I honestly think it's a great value.

Bolt-on kickstand makes it suitable for city riding too

MTBs often have difficulty attaching a kickstand. The Habit HT 2 allows for a bolt-on kickstand.

When using it for commuting or shopping, you won't have trouble finding a place to park. It can be used normally for city riding during the week and trail riding only on weekends.

Details of the Paint Campaign

  • Repainting to your desired color + logo inclusion: Free
  • Design paint such as gradients: Please consult us
  • For those who don't want paint: We can offer other services instead. Please consult us

There is no set deadline. We will continue as long as the manufacturer has stock.

Frame painting usually costs quite a bit, but this time it's free!

As an example, I created one image. It's a road bike, the CAAD14, in solid red with a yellow logo. The seat tube has a striped pattern. The lower leg of the suspension is also painted red. This would normally cost around 75,000 yen, but during the campaign, it can be done for an upcharge of about 25,000 yen.

The original colors of the Habit HT 2 are Mantis (green) and Black Cherry (dark red), and sizes are S and M. Both are good colors, but this is a unique opportunity to start riding with "your own color," a one-of-a-kind bike. Changing the color drastically changes the impression of the bike.

About Delivery Time

If you opt for painting, delivery will take about one and a half months. If you want to ride it right away, starting with the original color is perfectly fine. Both Mantis and Black Cherry are cool colors as they are. In that case, we will provide an alternative service.

Summary

It's equipped for trail riding right out of the box, suitable for city riding, and you can even customize the color to your liking. I think it's a good choice for a first bike or a bike that doubles as a daily rider.
