What you should know to use Assos with peace of mind
Assos cycling wear is outstanding in every aspect: functionality, comfort, and design.
I've been wearing it since last winter, and once you try it on, there's no going back. Its quality is so good that everything else pales in comparison.
Another major appeal of Assos is its comprehensive product warranty.
A two-year product warranty is included from the date of purchase.
In the event of a defect attributable to Assos, the item will be replaced free of charge.
Furthermore, by registering as a user, you can also apply for the Crash Replacement Program within six months of purchase, allowing for free replacement even if the product is damaged in a fall.
While no one wants to fall off their bike, it's an unstable vehicle, so the possibility of a fall is not zero. If you do fall, damage to your cycling wear is unavoidable.
But rest assured, if your Assos jersey or bib shorts are damaged in a crash within six months of purchase, they can be exchanged for an equivalent or similar model. *Gloves, base layers, caps, socks, booties, and warmers are not covered.
Even though it's only for six months, it's a very welcome service to be able to replace items damaged in a fall.

To receive the Assos warranty program, the following three items are absolutely necessary.

Keep your receipts and delivery notes; do not throw them away.
If you have not registered as an Assos user, you will not be able to fully benefit from the product warranty, so please remember to register after purchase. Keep your warranty card, receipts, etc., and do not throw them away.
