The casing is the foundation of the tire, and a higher TPI value means finer fibers are woven, making the tire more supple.
The connection between the casing and the tire rubber has been improved from the previous CORSA model, and the tire shape has also changed to a form that provides better grip.
What are the new features of the Vittoria CORSA PRO?
The CORSA tires have always been highly regarded for their grip and ride comfort. With the new model, the connection between the cotton casing and the rubber part of the tire is manufactured with a seamless process, resulting in an even more supple tire.
Furthermore, the tire shape has become closer to a circle than its predecessor, making it easier to lean the bike naturally. The improved suppleness also leads to increased grip.

I've been using the Vittoria CORSA PRO 28c on my Chapter2 TOA, and the ride comfort is clearly superior.
Before changing the tires, I was using the company's CORSA N.EXT, but even at the same tire pressure, I feel a difference in ride comfort.
It feels like it supplely absorbs even road irregularities that the CORSA N.EXT couldn't handle. I thought the CORSA N.EXT already provided sufficient ride comfort, so I was surprised that it could get even better.
Also, perhaps due to the increased suppleness mentioned above, the road-following ability in corners has improved, and I feel an increase in grip.
