We've started carrying Crust Bikes, an American bike brand that has garnered support from adventure riders worldwide. They arrived at Grumpy today.

We've had many requests from customers for various custom frame builds and customizations in the past, but now Crust Bikes can be ordered through Grumpy as well.

Currently, the models we handle from Crust Bikes are the Evasion, Bombora, and MALOCCHIO DISC, along with unique parts like cargo forks and cranksets.
This new shipment includes the Evasion and Bombora models.
Both are unique in that they embody "travel, adventure, and fun."
While they have some similarities, they can be described as follows:
"Evasion" = An adventure bike leaning towards MTB.
"Bombora" = A versatile gravel bike leaning towards road.
The Evasion, often considered Crust Bikes' flagship model, is a "stateless genre" frame that transcends the boundaries of MTBs and touring bikes.
The dropper post cable is internally routed for a clean look.
Its tire clearance is noteworthy.
With a super wide convertible clearance that accommodates 26×3" / 27.5×2.8" / 29×2.0" tires, one bike is enough for trail riding, camping trips, and long tours.
It also has numerous eyelets for excellent compatibility with racks and fenders. It pairs perfectly with front racks and bags.
Furthermore, it features a sliding rear dropout called a "rocker dropout," making it compatible with internal hubs and single speeds.

The Bombora is the definitive steel gravel road bike from Crust, full of their signature style.
Based on the EVASION, it pursues a lighter and sportier ride, and among the "CRUST BIKES" lineup,
The main difference from the EVASION is that it uses a 68mm bottom bracket shell,
With flat-mount brakes, it might be a good option for those looking to swap frames from a road bike!
Also, the use of simple 12mm thru-axle
And because it uses lightweight frame tubing, its light weight is also a feature.
It can accommodate tires up to 27.5×2.3" or 700×48c, and it's well-equipped with eyelets for racks and fenders.
