Overview of the Optimization Process

Utilizing ultrasonic waves for perfect degreasing and lube penetration.

1. Chain Cleaning

• Rough dirt is removed with a pre-wash.
• Next, ultrasonic cleaning is performed with ultrasonic cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid used is water-based, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly.
• Dirt in gaps is removed with 40Hz ultrasonic waves. Since the cleaning power is weaker in some areas depending on the depth, it is flipped over and re-cleaned to achieve perfect degreasing.
• After cleaning, rinse thoroughly and dry.

 Penetrate deep into the links using ultrasonic waves. As with cleaning, flip it once to ensure even penetration.2. Lubrication Process

• Dip the chain in the lube tank and use ultrasonic waves to penetrate deep into the links. As with cleaning, flip it once to ensure even penetration.
• You can choose between Ludicrous AF and HYDRODYNAMIC LUBE. Their respective features are described below.
• After ultrasonic impregnation is complete, remove excess lube and it's done!

3. Continuous Application

• Reapply approximately every 1000km. Continuous application will keep the chain in better condition.
• If lubrication is needed before the next application, lubricate with the same lube used previously.

Storage and Maintenance Tips

If you are not going to use the lube immediately after application, we recommend storing it in a Ziploc bag or similar. This will help the lube last longer and maintain optimal condition for the next use.
