Gravel bikes can use either sealant, so if you prefer narrower tires, "ROAD&GRAVEL" is a safe bet, and if you prefer wider tires, "Mountain" is the way to go.

◆Reason number two: it's an "ammonia-free" sealant.
In short, the sealant does not contain ammonia. Some sealants contain ammonia to enhance performance.
However, ammonia can corrode metal, so if you're using aluminum rims or if it gets on the nipples, it can have an effect (it will look rusted).
Even if you try to be careful not to get it on those parts, sealant can still seep through gaps in the rim tape or spoke holes over time. Also, because sealant remains inside the tire for a long time, it inevitably affects metal parts.
